What we store
Only What the Scorecard Needs
- Your workbook answers
- Saved as you type and tied to an anonymous ID stored in a cookie on your browser. That is how your progress and results are still here when you come back. No name or email is needed.
- Where you came from
- The event or talk code from the QR code you scanned, and the page that sent you here, so we know which sessions people find useful.
- Your email, if you give it
- Plus your name, company and job title if you add them, and your answer to the optional question about when you’d want a playbook running. They go into our CRM so the RunAlong team can follow up about your results. Giving your email is always optional.
- Links in our emails
- If we email you your results, the email has a private link that opens them on any device for 30 days. Anyone with the link can see your answers, so keep it to yourself and your team. If your workbook is in an account, the link asks you to sign in first.
- Your account, if you create one
- Your name, email and sign-in details (a hashed password, or your Google profile if you sign in with Google), plus the playbooks you add. Your earlier workbook moves into your account. You can delete the account yourself, any time, on the Account page.
How we use it
To Run the Scorecard and Follow Up
- To save your progress and show your results.
- To write your RunAlong analysis when you ask for it. Your workbook answers, without your name or email, are sent to Claude, the AI model made by Anthropic, which processes them to write the analysis. Leave confidential details out of your answers.
- To follow up with you, only if you gave us your email.
- To understand which talks and events people come from.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use advertising cookies.
Pages, scripts and fonts all load from this site, not from Google Fonts or other outside services, and there are no third-party trackers.
Your choices
Ask, and We’ll Remove It
Have an account? Delete it yourself on the Account page. Your account, playbooks, workbook answers, their analyses and the contact details you gave us here are removed straight away, and this browser forgets its copy of your workbook.
For anything else, email privacy@runalongai.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. Clearing your browser cookies disconnects this browser from an anonymous workbook.
